Garden View Offices are located in the Croasdaile area of Durham, accessible from Interstate 85, Highway 15-501 or Highway 147 (the Durham Freeway).
Garden View Offices can be accessed from either Croasdaile Drive or Front Street.
Covered parking is available or you may park in the lot behind Garden View Offices. To reach Suite 202, enter the glassed-in foyer and take the elevator or the stairs to the 2nd floor.
To reach Garden View Offices via Croasdaile Drive:
Croasdaile Drive runs alongside I-85. One end of Croasdaile Drive intersects with Cole Mill Road just north of the Interstate. To access the opposite end of Croasdaile Drive from Hillandale Road, take the south-bound entrance ramp to I-85 and then take a quick right onto Croasdaile Drive from the entrance ramp.
Garden View Offices are next to the Courtyard by Marriott. You may park behind Garden View Offices or in a covered space at the office building itself.
To reach Suite 202, enter the glassed-in foyer and take the elevator or the stairs to the 2nd floor.
To reach Garden View Offices via Front Street:
If you are coming from Hillandale Road from the south, proceed over the I-85 bridge and move into the left lane. There is a traffic light at Croasdaile Commons shopping center (the former Loehmann’s Plaza) on your left and Bertland Ave. on your right. At this light, make a U-turn on Hillandale Road and then turn right onto Front Street between the BP service station and First Horizon Bank (formerly Sun Trust).
If you are coming on Hillandale Road from the north, turn right onto Front Street just after the Croasdaile Commons shopping center (formerly Loehmann’s Plaza). Turn right between the BP service station and First Horizon Bank (formerly Sun Trust).
Once you have turned onto Front Street, Garden View Offices are just past the Courtyard by Marriott on the left side of Front Street. Turn left into the driveway of Garden View Offices.
You may park in a covered space at the office building itself or in the parking lot behind Garden View Offices. To reach Suite 202, enter the glassed-in foyer and take the elevator or the stairs to the 2nd floor.
